Tidbits
Since I arrived in Califorina on the third of January, it has been raining everyday. I thought this state was called "Sunny California". Yes, the sight of rain is certainly rare in CA. You can tell just by getting on any major highway on one of the rare raining days. Usually, the traffic speed on highway 10 is between 65 mph to 80 mph; however, when it drizzles, the traffic speed significantly slows to under 55 mph. Needless to say, this week's down pours created a ton of problem on the highways. Just yesterday driving back from L.A., I saw a car on the other side of highway 10 spinning across the four lane highway. It was not even raining that hard at the time. Accidents are being reported all over the place. Californians really are not accustomed to driving in any type of rain.
Well, it looks like it will continue to rain for a few more days until California returns to its lazy sunny days.
