Getting In Shape

Turning 30 on Monday the 18th, I decided that it is about time for me to join Gold's Gym once again to get back in shape after an eight year hiatus. Today was my first day of heading back to the gym. Man, I am not feeling too good right now after an hour of working on my biceps, triceps, and aerobic conditioning. To tell you the truth, I thought I was about to have an heart attack after using the stair climbing machine for 7.5 minutes. It is very pathetic how badly I am out of shape.
My new work out schedule involves four days of training per week. Mondays and Thursdays are reserved for shaping chests, backs, and shoulders. Tuesdays and Fridays are reserved for training biceps and triceps. I plan on doing aerobic conditioning and stomach each of those four days.
Well, I survived my first day. My arms are so tired that I am having trouble typing. Sigh, I deserve to be punished for neglecting my body for so many years.
