Fish Soup Special

Well, this is what we make from time to time. It is what we call "Fish Soup Special" which is just a big pot of goodness. This is essentially a seafood hot pot.

We start off by boiling a big salmon head. Looks nasty huh?

We prepared the ingredients. This is a daikon.

Fish balls and imitation crab meat.

Clams.

Some lettuce.

And what it looks like when it's all done. Easy and tasy.
