CNN reports, "Monday, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said the government would charge evacuees commercial rates to take them out by plane or boat."

Wow, we pay taxes so we can spend over $300 billions to help Iraqis, but we want to charge American citizens in distress? What is going on here?
