Tidbits
I began my journey to the west coast at 7:30pm of December 30th. Goodbye Virginia...You have been great to me. I am really going to miss all my dear friends on the east coast. They have been so kind. "Sorry, guys. I gotta go see about a girl." I promise to come back and visit, and please come visit me as well. Hey, what's not to like about warm weather and sunny skies?
After spending my last Virginia night in Bristol, I started my long haul towards the sunset on New Year's eve. I passed by Knoxville, Nashville, and Memphis. I nearly missed Little Rock. I was on the road for 12 hours and 30 minutes. In fear of cops, I failed to make the needle touch the 90 mark. By the end of this trip, I really would like to see my speedometer reading triple digits at least once. Tomorrow, New Mexico...
