Tidbits
I begin my three day ColdFusion training tomorrow for work. I am very excited to have the chance to learn this powerful web development tool. ColdFusion makes it easier to build dynamic web sites that require constant updates and deploy internet applications. CFML (ColdFusion Markup Language) is a tag-based server-scripting language that closely resembles the syntax of HTML and XML. Any web designer should be able to learn CFML very quickly. Well, I will find out in the next three days how quickly or slowly I can become proficient in ColdFusion. Although my current web host, Dreamhost, does not support ColdFusion at the moment, I do like to build the next version of my site using ColdFusion. Does this mean that I have to abandon Dreamhost who has been a great web host? Well, I guess it all depends on how much I think ColdFusion will enhance the purpose of my site. And hopefully Dreamhost will support ColdFusion in the near future.
