A friend from Club Lexus, Dennis, sent me his last invitation to sign up with Google's new E-mail service that is still in the beta testing stage. Thank you very much! I have wanted to try out this new service by Google since its release. I am probably one of the last few people to sign up, but I still feel very special to take part.
Google provides one gigabyte of storage for its new E-mail service. The storage capacity is huge in comparison with the free E-mail offered by Yahoo! or Hotmail. This is very generous of Google to offer a gigantic mailbox for free. I have not decided how I will be using my Gmail. Maybe I will use it for photo and video storage or perhaps as one of my accounts for online shopping. With one gigabyte...the possibilities are limitless. So far, Gmail's interface is very clean and simple. I love it. Advertisments are in text formats only which is a big plus. This will certainly keep loading time to a minimal.
My account does not include invitations for me to send out to friends or anyone else who may be interested. If Google decides to give me a few invitations in the future, I will be sure to let you guys know.
Dennis, thank you. I really appreciate it!
