San Tung

Jackson took me to San Tung Chinese Restaurant when I visited him in San Francisco. The restaurant is located on 1031 Irving Street which is only a few blocks away from his apartment. The food is really good and different from the typical Chinese restaurants I frequent in SOCAL. I think the style came from the northern regions of China. The place is always packed with a ton of hungry people. For San Francisco, San Tung is fairly priced. We ordered mu shu pork, deep fried beef, and cold tofu. My favorite was the deep fried beef. Jackson mentioned that his usual dish is the deep fried chicken which I must try the next time I visit.
