Dong Ting Spring

Dong Ting Spring on 140 West Valley Blvd., San Gabriel, is one of a very few places where you can actually get an entire giant fish head as your main entree. I thought it tasted okay, but it is a popular spot if you enjoy eating fish heads. They also had other traditional Chinese dishes which I like to try the next time I visit there.
