Photographer's Rights

For all you paparazzi wannabes, you must know where you can or cannot legally snap away. You must also prepare yourself when being confronted for photographing something you must add to your portfolio and sell for thousands of dollars. Your targets have rights but so do you! For example, "If someone has threatened, intimidated, or detained you because you were taking photographs, they may be liable for crimes such as kidnapping, coercion, and theft."
