Trek 3900

After my Specialized Stumpjumper M2 got stolen, we finally bought a pair of Trek 3900. The 3900 is a great beginner bike for all purpose such as riding around the beach or easy downhills. They were on sale for $250 a piece, not bad at all. This bike is perfect for Trendy to ease into mountain biking. Maybe in the near future, we can replace the Trek 3900 with a pair of hardcore bikes for some crazy downhills. For now, the 3900 are perfect for us to cruise around.

I also set up a homemade rig in the garage to lock down the bikes. After talking to a guy at Lowe's, he suggested using a concrete block for pillars, chains, and pad locks to secure the bikes. If the thieves do strike again, they will have to work super hard to steal our bikes this time.
