Microsoft has finally decided to offer some rewards for those hard earned achievement points on XBox Live. Microsoft writes, "Xbox Rewards offers casual and hardcore gamers alike the chance to earn actual rewards for doing what they enjoy—playing games, earning achievements, and having fun."

If you want to earn some freebies for playing your XBox, check out the details and register. The official registration starts on February 12 on www.xbox.com/rewards. And if you own a XBox 360 and do not know about the achievements nor use the XBox Live service, hook it up to the Internet and discover a whole new world of online gaming on your TV. Otherwise, you should return your XBox 360 and get a PS3 instead.
