PS3 Gets A Beat Down

"H3 Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: HTRE) reported this morning that in a totally unbiased side-by-side face-off on H3TV, witnessed by cameras from CNBC and BET as well as a slew of magazine and newspaper reporters, XBox 360 administered a convincing beat-down to it's highly sought after rival, PS3." reported Smart Money.

It is a little unfair to use Fight Night 3 on the PS3 since the game is probably not utilizing the full power of PS3. But this test does demonstrate that it is best to wait a few more months before you go broke buying a PS3. In the coming year, game developers should be able to make games that will better harness the power of the PS3. When the time comes, I cannot wait to see yet another comparison between XBox and Playstation. However, the power of a system does not determine its success. Just look at the WII, clearly a less powerful console, which is also giving PS3 a good beat down so far in terms of sales. And let's not forget how Playstation knocked out Sega's more powerful Dreamcast years ago.
