NWN2 Pre-order Goodies

I pre-ordered Neverwinter Nights 2 to receive a special toolset a month before the official release. I do not like to pre-order games. I think pre-ordering is a waste of time. I have always found the game I wanted on release date. If not, I certainly would not mind waiting. However, I am a sucker for freebies, and this is Neverwinter Nights 2.

Gamestop gave me a key code after I gave them $5 for the pre-order. I thought I was able to immediately download the special toolset by entering the key code. Nope, I have to wait till October 1 to enter my key code. I decided to write about this pre-order while I wait the 25 minutes.

And 25 minutes later, clock ticks down to zero, the website freaks out. See the screenshot below. What the? It is looping from loading to flashing to loading. Uhhh... Yeah, this is why I don't pre-order...what a waste of time. What kind of BS is this? Is this the "special" content? Is this what we can expect from Neverwinter Nights 2? Sigh...
