Conan

I rented Conan for the Xbox 360 and finished it in a few days. Conan's gameplay is similar to Onimusha, Devil May Cry, or other action games in the same genre. Conan is supposed to be Xbox 360's God of War that was made exclusively for Sony's Playstation. The graphics were fluid and impressive in most cases with a very few glitches here and there. Overall, Conan is a fun game to rent. I would give it an average rating. The game does an average job in all areas and just fell short of being great in any particular area. The game should have been longer with a more engaging storytelling. I ended up finishing the game in just 7 hours of playing time. The combo system should have been a little harder to master instead of button smashing. And all of the "puzzles" could have been more challenging or more fun. It's as if the developers was inspired by all the great action games in the past and make all aspects a little less challenging. With that said, Conan is a great game for rental. Any person can easily finish the game within a week. It is worth the 7 hours of fun button smashing for the price of a rental.
